The Gompa Internal Arts Training Center

The Programs

These programs are designed to give the serious student a strong background in the martial art of Jiulong Baguazhang and Li family Bagua Qigong. We have made every effort to present each training program in clear easy to understand lessons and exercises. Many of the courses are accompanied by a course manual with other supplemental instruction to be found on our YouTube Channel and our Internal Arts University on the internet.

Each program is held over a weekend and is a complete section of the whole method. Some programs like the basics of Baguazhang, Dragon Rolling The Pearl have four separate courses or levels each level offered once throughout the year. Each of the eight palms of Jiulong Baguazhang can stand alone as a martial art, these require a minimum of two course. Other courses have two or three levels while the Qigong programs normally have only one level. At the completion of a complete course certification examination may be requested or reserved for a later time.

You will be shown how to use the Yi to influence the nervous system and muscular system to produce greater speed and power. Any martial artist from any system can benefit from this training to improve overall power and speed. Other benefits include enhanced sensitivity of both mind, hearing, sight and touch. The palms are listed here in a preferred order of study, however there is no fixed rule so one can begin with any of the eight.
